Paula is a compassionate and highly qualified BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a passion for helping you reclaim balance and clarity in your life. Her holistic approach ensures that every aspect of your well-being is nurtured, creating a safe and supportive space for lasting transformation.
My name is Kasia
Kasia is a yoga teacher, sound healer, and gong bath facilitator dedicated to helping others find healing, balance, and inner peace. Her events combine yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the soothing power of sound to create transformative experiences that release emotional blockages and inspire personal growth.
