I have been supporting people  since 2017, and in that time, I have provided clients with a wide range of mental health services. â€‹

I specialise in anxiety disorders, including generalised anxiety, OCD, social or health anxiety. Furthermore, CBT therapy has been recommended for managing depression and low self-esteem. Through evidence-based techniques, I offer practical strategies to manage any mental health challenges. Additionally, I have an interest in Acceptance and Commitment and Mindfulness based stress reduction approach. As a psychotherapist, I understand the challenges you are facing.
